Refunds

Try before you buy: every install starts with a 14-day full trial, so you can check DocuAI on your own hardware and your own documents before paying anything.

If you do buy and it is not right

• Ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full price. No reason needed.
• Refunds are issued by Paddle, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Email [email protected] with your order number, or use the link on your Paddle receipt.
• Once refunded, the licence key stops working and the app returns to the free feature set. Your documents and data are untouched.

Faults

If the software does not work as described on this site, tell us and we will fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer, at any time. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
