The number you see was added up, not guessed
Watch a folder
Add the folders you already keep things in. New files are picked up automatically. Your files are never moved, renamed, copied or modified — DocuAI builds its own index and leaves your drive exactly as it found it.
Read everything
PDFs, photos, scans, Office documents. Receipts, invoices and bank statements get their vendor, date and amount pulled out, with line items on receipts and invoices, and every transaction on a statement as its own row.
Check any figure
Every extracted number keeps a link to the page it came from. Click it and the source page opens with the passage highlighted. Correct a vendor once and DocuAI applies it everywhere that pattern appears.
Ask, and get arithmetic
“How much have I spent at Bunnings?” is answered from a database sum over your documents, not from the model’s memory. Per-vendor totals, find-and-read, and a Spend view by vendor, month and type.

Nobody else sells this on Windows
Watch a folder, read receipts, invoices and statements, total them, ask questions — offline, on a Windows PC, for a one-time price. We looked at six product categories and none of them does the whole sentence: self-hosted document managers need Docker and do not extract money; cloud receipt apps send everything to a server for a monthly fee; local “chat with your PDFs” tools do no extraction or totals. The comparison, with prices.
Straight answers before you download
- Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit, only. No macOS or Linux in 1.0.
- It needs a capable PC. An NVIDIA card with 6 GB of video memory or more, 16 GB of RAM and 25 GB of free disk runs everything well. Less still works, with the trade-offs on the hardware page. On a machine with no usable graphics card, chat is slow — about a second per word.
- The first chat answer after launch takes 60–90 seconds while the model loads. Later answers start within a second or two on a graphics card.
- Chat answers totals, per-vendor questions and find-and-read. Questions that need grouping — “per month”, “what recurs” — are being built and are not promised here.
- Updates are manual in this build. There is no automatic update yet.
- The first time you run the installer, Windows shows a publisher warning. That is normal for a new publisher and clears as downloads accumulate.
